We are located in the One Bridge Place building on Hale St, between Virginia St and Kanawha St. Our office is a half-mile southeast of the Municipal Auditorium, three-quarters of a mile southeast of the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center, a quarter-mile east of Haddad Riverfront Park, and about a mile west of GoMart Ballpark.
The Kanawha County Judicial Building, home to the 13th Judicial Circuit Courts, is about four blocks northwest of our building. The Robert C. Byrd U.S. Courthouse, home to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, is about five blocks northwest of our office. The Kanawha County Courthouse and Charleston City Hall are about four blocks northwest of us.
Driving Directions
- From the North: Take I-77 south to exit 100, Leon Sullivan Way/Capitol St. Merge onto Leon Sullivan Way, turn right onto Quarrier St, then turn left onto Hale St. Continue to our office on the left.
- From the South: Go north on US-119, following signs for I-64 E/Beckley/Huntington. Turn left to stay on US-119 N, stay to the right, and follow signs for I-64 E/I-77/I-79/Charleston/Beckley before merging onto I-64 E. Take exit 58B, US-119 N/Virginia St/Civic Center. Stay to the right and merge onto Virginia St. Turn right onto Hale St, and our office will be on your left.
- From the East: Take I-64 W to exit 100, Leon Sullivan Way/Capitol St. Merge onto Leon Sullivan Way, turn right onto Quarrier St, turn left onto Hale St, and our building is to the left.
- From the West: Go east on Kanawha Blvd and turn left onto Court St. Turn right onto Virginia St, turn right onto Hale St, and our building is on your left near the intersection.

Metro/Bus Stops
You can find metered parking spaces on Kanawha St, across the street from our building. There’s also a public parking garage about one block from us on McFarland St, between Virginia St and Quarrier St. Please be aware that the parking lot next to our building is reserved for tenants only.
KRT has several bus routes that stop near our office. Routes 15 and 16 run along Virginia St, with stops at Capitol St about one block north of us and McFarland St about one block south of us. Both of these routes terminate at the City Center Station, where you can transfer to or from other bus routes.
