I contacted Mani Ellis & Layne regarding a nursing home incident associated with my mother. They enthusiastically reviewed the case and determined that it had merit. They then started the process without requiring any fee. They agreed to compensation only in the event that the case was successful to my benefit. They were very efficient. They quickly negotiated a reasonable settlement with the nursing home. They attended the court hearing seeking approval of the proposed settlement. That process went very smoothly. I was impressed with their overall efficiency and effectiveness. Their service continues to this day. They assist me with depositing my monthly payments directly into my account. That sounds simple, but it is not as simple as intially perceived because of the type of account associated with the process.I highly recommend Mani Ellis & Layne. I will use them again if the need ever arises.

Mani Ellis & Layne, if you haven't hired this law firm yet, you're doing it wrong.After my auto accident I had broken bones torn ligaments and other injuries. I had to manage doctor's appointments, physical therapy and surgical consult visits constantly. The one thing I didn't have to worry about was my legal case. Mani Ellis & Layne took care of all of it and kept me up to date constantly. I never felt at any time that their top priority was anything other than what was best for me and my family.Kim is who we worked with the majority of the time and I cannot find enough kind words to say about her. Highly recommend this firm! I have used Bernie Layne as my representation for different cases in the past. Most recently being from two separate car accidents. Neither of the drivers from those accidents had insurance, leaving me to file both claims with my own insurance company.
